You don't mention what dates in September you'll be visiting, so I checked the schedule that's currently posted for the whole month and here's what I found.
Fantasmic! is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. every evening from September 1, 2015-September 12, 2015, and for 8:00 p.m. from September 13, 2015-September 30, 2015. In addition, there's a late show every Monday, which is scheduled for 10:00 p.m. on September 7, 2015 and at 9:30 p.m. for September 14, 21 and 28, 2015.
Of course, schedules and show times are always subject to change, and since Fantasmic! is an outdoor show, it's subject to cancellation if there's bad weather. Just be sure to check the Times Guide for Disney's Hollywood Studios or the
My Disney Experience mobile app during your visit for the most up-to-date information.
