I was wondering if the Fantasmic package was covered under the dining plan, and if so, is an appetizer included in the package? The last time we visited Disney, appetizers were still included in the dining plan. Only twelve days till we arrive!

Hi Jessica! Pretty soon you're going to be in the single-digit countdown for your Disney trip -- that's so exciting! You may use your Disney Dining Plan credits to pay for the Fantasmic Dining Package.  At Mama Melrose's and Hollywood & Vine, the Fantasmic package costs one table-service credit; Brown Derby would require two. Even though the Dining Plan table-service credit usually pays for the entree and dessert only, you do also receive an appetizer with your Fantasmic package at Mama Melrose's and Brown Derby. Great deal, huh?!

You can reserve the Fantasmic Dining Package online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE. You will have to provide a credit card number to guarantee your reservation, but it will not be charged unless you fail to cancel at least 48 hours prior. When you arrive at the restaurant, just tell your server that you wish to pay for your meal with the dining plan.

Have a magical vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have any last-minute questions before your trip!
