    Hi I was wondering if I can exchange my ticket for a higher tier?

    Rachel, to upgrade your tickets, you can call Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to help you. Once you have that settled, be sure to make those theme park reservations to ensure your entrance into the theme parks!
