HI , I WAS WONDERING ABOUT DRESS AT THE "CASUAL" RESTAURANTS. I HAVE MADE RESERVATIONS AT CHEF MICKEYS, OHANA, BIERGARTEN AND ALL SAY "CASUAL" DRESS. DOES THAT MEAN YOU CAN WEAR WHAT YOU WEAR TO THE PARK? WAS JUST CONCERNED ABOUT TIMIN

Casual dress does mean that you can wear what you would wear to tour the theme parks. At most table service restaurants you will see guests wearing very relaxed clothing including shorts, t-shirts, sneakers, flip-flops, etc.  Disney does have a few general clothing rules: you must be wear a shirt and shoes, clothing with objectionable or non-family-friendly saying are not allowed, etc. But if you're fine to tour the parks, then you're fine to dine in a regular table service restaurant, including all those mentioned above.

There are some signature dining restaurants on property that do have a more refined "business casual" dress code. You can locate these by going to the Dining Finder on the WDW website, found HERE, and selecting "signature dining" from the "dining experience" drop-down menu.
