Hi Michelle,
While the official Homeschool Days program hasn't been around for several years, I'm happy to share some other ideas with you. As a fellow homeschool mom, I LOVE learning with my Mouseketeers on our Disney vacations!
Disney's Youth Education Series offers some fantastic classes and learning opportunities for groups of 10 or more. My son participated in a Youth Education Series class several years ago and not only did he have a blast, but he learned a lot, too! If your children are into the Kingdom Keepers book series, another program that looks amazing is
Kingdom Keepers Quest.
If you don't have a group of 10, though, no worries! There are lots of wonderful learning opportunities to enjoy with just your family. Have you heard of
Wilderness Explorers at Disney's Animal Kingdom? Your kiddos will have so much fun completing animal activities and challenges and they'll earn fun sticker badges along the way, too! If your kiddos are younger, they'll love the
Kidcot Fun Stops throughout the World Showcase at Epcot. Plus, there are LOTS of attractions and experiences all around the Walt Disney World Resort like Spaceship Earth, The American Adventure, and The Hall of Presidents that will teach you AND your kids something new. If you would like to travel with other homeschool families, you could always look into Traveling Homeschoolers, a group that plans lots of adventures for homeschool families, including trips to Walt Disney World.
There's no greater place to learn than at the most magical place on earth, Michelle! Have fun!
Missy
