Wondering if the Dining Plan is worth it for just two people? In your opinion, would it be less money to pay out of pocket for our meals? we are dining at Kona Café, Le Cellier, Teppan Edo , 50s Prime Time, Cape May Clam Bake, and Tutto Italia.

    Hi, Alexis!

The Dining Plan can be a good deal for parties of any size - from one to 100. It's really a question of how a Guest dines - in order to maximize your value, you'll need to order from the top end of the menu and be sure not to forfeit any dining entitlements (don't skip any meals or forget to use your snack credits). If you are not big eaters (the portions are generous at most Disney World table-service restaurants) or if the higher priced entrees don't appeal to you, then I would probably not recommend adding the Dining Plan.

I would suggest that you take a look at the menus online on the Walt Disney World Resort Dining Reservations page for the specific locations where you intend to dine. When you click on each restaurant, you will be able to view the menu with a list of the actual entrees (and appetizers, desserts and drinks) and their pricing to help you decide whether adding a Disney Dining Plan to your stay would be a good choice for you. You can read more about the Disney Dining Plans by following this link.

I would definitely recommend paying out-of-pocket for your meal at Le Cellier because this is a Signature Dining location which requires two (2) table-service meal credits per person for both lunch and dinner.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
