Hi just wondering what the difference between a formal dinner and the usual dining. We are traveling for a month and dont want to carry things we really don't need?

    Ahoy Greg!
Thanks for writing back!  Formal and semi-formal nights offer Guests an opportunity to dress a bit fancier for dinner.  Although Mickey will be in his tuxedo and Minnie in her formal gown, your attire doesn't have to be quite that dressy.  Since you will be on the road for a month, I would just plan on wearing your nicest outfits on these evenings.  A pair of slacks, a button-down shirt for the guys and a dress, pants suit or skirt with a blouse works for the ladies!   For cruise casual attire, Disney Cruise Line suggests no swimwear, shorts or tank tops.  Slacks, polo type shirts, skirts, sundresses, capri pants, nice jeans are my suggestions for dinner.  Since you will be able wash, you should be able to save lots of room and mix and match your clothes for your long voyage.
I hope this helps, Greg!  It was great to hear from you again!
    Have a magical day!
