Ahoy, Michael! Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question.
It sounds like you’ve already experienced the magic of sailing Concierge, but this time you’re ready to make the most of it...fridge and all! One of my favorite things about Concierge is how personal the service feels. I’ve had hosts remember me from past cruises, and it really does make the whole experience extra special.
About 135 days before you set sail, the Concierge shoreside team will reach out to you by email. That’s your chance to let them know your drink preferences so they can stock your fridge before embarkation. Most of the time, they’ll have Coke products, juices, water, and milk, but it never hurts to ask for something specific. I’ve heard of requests outside the usual lineup being granted when possible. Snacks and extra drinks are always available in the Concierge Lounge, and you’re welcome to bring a few back to your stateroom.
If you’re in one of the top suites (like the Walt or Roy), you’ll have a full-size fridge/freezer, but in other Concierge staterooms, the fridge is more like a beverage cooler, so Mickey Bars are best ordered from
room service when you’re ready to enjoy them (and yes, they’re included)!
Once onboard, definitely stop by the Concierge Welcome Lunch on embarkation day. It’s the perfect time to meet your hosts, learn about all the perks, and start the pampering early. You can also ask them about exclusive character meet-and-greets, help with hard-to-get reservations (such as
Palo Brunch), and evening happy hour in the lounge!
Michael, I hope this helps you get your fridge (and your cruise) stocked just the way you like it. If you think of anything else before you set sail, we’re always happy to help.
Sea ya real soon,
Eean
