Ahoy, Carrie!
The youth spaces on Disney Cruise Line are designed to entertain, inspire and spark the imagination of all the young sailors aboard! These areas are for Guests ages 3 to 12 with the
Oceaneer Club geared towards the younger set. If your daughter is potty-trained, the youth counselors may allow her to try secured programming with her older sister since she's so close to her third birthday. The counselors cannot provide assistance in the bathrooms so being potty-trained is a requirement. The good news is she will be able to visit the youth spaces with her sister during Open House hours that are offered each day. During this scheduled time, you can accompany the girls to either the club or lab for free play or to participate in the planned programming. Your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator and the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will have all the details. If she's not potty-trained, she will be able to visit the
nursery for a nominal hourly fee. The trained counselors provide age-appropriate programming in this bright, interactive space. Crafts, story time, games and visits from the Disney Characters are all things she may experience during her reserved time. Reservations can be made online or once onboard and are first-come, first-served.
If your princess is potty-trained and you think she is ready to join the fun in the Oceaneer Club and Lab, stop by the first afternoon during the Open House to speak with the youth counselors about your particular situation. Hopefully, there will be space for your little one to join her big sis!
Thank you for visiting with your question, Carrie! Best wishes for a magical voyage with Captain Mickey and his crew!
