Hi! I was wondering what the cancellation policy is for hotel resevations and disneyland tickets

Hi there, Carrie! Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question. Mickey and I are sad to hear that you need to cancel your trip, but we completely understand that plans change sometimes. I'm happy to give you some advice.

Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Packages (which include your room and theme park tickets) can be canceled up to 30 or more days in advance with no penalty. Packages canceled between 29 and 2 days before arrival pay a $200 cancel fee. If, instead, you have a "Room Only" reservation, you can cancel up to five days before your check-in day. If canceled four days or less prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee will be one day's hotel charge. You can try to do it online through your Disneyland account or contact the Walt Disney Travel Company at (714) 520-5060.

According to Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, Disneyland theme park tickets are non-refundable. However, your tickets are still valid until their expiration date, so you can plan to use them later if your schedule permits. Once they expire, their value may be applied towards purchasing new Theme Park admission tickets at the current price. If the cost of your new tickets is higher, you'll just be expected to pay the difference. If you need any help, give the Disneyland Resort Tickets Services team a call at (714) 781-4636. If you made theme park reservations, you can cancel them through your Disneyland account's "Ticket & Reservations" tab.

Carrie, please reach out to the planDisney team again if you need any help planning your "Disneyland Do-over!" We hope to see ya real soon.
