    Hi, I was wondering if I can still get a Canadian resident discount, if I had purchased my tickets for Disneyworld in August? I will be leaving for Florida on the 28th of January! Thanks

    Hi Sandra!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    From what I understand, it sounds like you are asking about the current limited-time special ticket offer for Canadian residents.

    Unfortunately, if you already purchased your tickets prior to the special offer becoming available, it is generally not possible to retroactively apply a discount.  It never hurts to ask though, so you may want to stop at a Guest Relations location or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to ask about your options.  You never know when a little pixie dust might fly your way!  I was just chatting with our wonderful Canadian panelist Lynne, who was kind enough to take a moment from her vacation to offer her assistance all the way from Castaway Cay.  She mentioned that your question is one she sees from time to time, and in her experience, she is not aware of the Canadian resident discount being able to be applied after tickets have been purchased.
