    HI! I was wondering if we can use canadian pennies for the pennie press? Also, once the pennies are pressed, can you still see the year on it. I wanted to give one has a souvenir to all of my family with there year of birth on it. Merci beaucoup!

    Merci pour ta question Angie! What a wonderful idea for personalized souvenirs for your family. I had to check in with the experts on this subject - 2008 panelists Disney Dad Bret and Canadian mom Brigitta. Bri has pressed Canadian pennies, and she said that although you can tell that they are indeed Canadian coins, you cannot see the date. Click here for a video Bret made on pressing pennies.
