Hi! I was wondering if bus/shuttle transportation is free even if you are not staying in a disney hotel. Also, are you allowed to go into the resorts on the monorial track even if you are not staying at that resort. For example to eat at the restaurant?

Hi Lesley, Everyone is welcome to use Disney's resort and park transportation system free of charge, regardless of where they are staying. There's no payment mechanism at all, just hop on board. You're certainly welcome to use the monorail, buses, or boats any time you like to visit the resorts to shop, dine, or just explore. Enjoy!
