I've been wondering about booking a vacation through Disney(hotel, tickets, dining) Does Disney require a credit card when I hit that checkout button? And can I book a year ahead of time? Looking at 2016 spring/summer. Help please!

    Greetings Megan,

I'm so excited for you as you begin to plan your trip for next year.  To my way of thinking, it's never too early to start.  Making your reservations through Disney is a smart move because the Cast Members can guide you every step of the way to insure that your trip is a magical one.  Typically, all reservations will require a deposit and your card will be charged in order to hold your reservation.  If you'd like to speak to an agent to see if another method of payment is available, please call (407) 939-1936.

Packages and rates have not yet been announced for 2016, but typically, these come out sometime in the summer.  Keep an eye on the main page for Walt Disney World to check availability.

You've taken a great first step in coming to the Moms Panel with your planning questions.  Just remember we're always here to give you a hand.

    Be Magical,

    Leanne T.
