Hello! I was wondering if the Boardwalk resort and Yacht and Beach Club resort still share buses. I saw on the Magic Kingdom Map directory they have separate bus stops, however I was not sure if this was actually the case. T

    Hi Nancy!

My planDisney friends and I are always happy to see a Guest return to us with another question, so welcome back! One of the many reasons we always stay at a Disney Resort Collection Hotel is the included transportation. As a busy mother of four, at home, I often joke that I AM the Disney bus. We listen to our favorite Disney music as mom's minivan drives from school to band practice to cross country meets and the grocery store. Since vacations should also be a break for mom, I appreciate not having to do the driving on our trips to Walt Disney World.

Disney's BoardWalk Inn & Villas has its own bus stop for transportation to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney Springs, and the water parks. Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's Beach Club Resort also have their own individual bus stops. During busy times of day, such as park opening and closing, you'll find buses tend to only serve one resort, and so your bus will likely go directly to your destination. During less busy times, particularly during the mid-day, buses may service more than one of these resorts, and may also stop at the Disney Swan & Dolphin before heading to the final destination.

I usually find the buses to be comfortable and efficient, and even if we make a stop at another resort, I'm usually just happy to be seated in the air conditioning and leaving the driving up to someone else! Did you know you can now check bus-arrival times to your resort with the My Disney Experience Mobile App? This is a great feature that can help you decide if you have a few more minutes for a sip of coffee, or if you should head to the bus stop right away. I'll attach a video with some of my fellow planDisney Panelists that showcases some of the newest features on the My Disney Experience Mobile App that you may want to use on your next visit.

I hope this helps answer your question, Nancy. Please let me know if you have any additional questions before your trip, we are here to help!
