Hi I was wondering if adding water park pass to my pirate passes if I have to pay my orginal pirate pass in full in order to upgrade it to water park

Hiya, Cheyenne! Thanks for stopping by planDisney. We have much in common because I'm also an Annual Passholder from Florida. It looks like you're visiting Mickey this week, so let's look at adding some splashtastic fun to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

I have fabulous news! If you're on the monthly payment plan for your pass, you do not have to pay it in full to add on the Water Park and Sports Option. You must pay for the option in full, but your monthly payments will remain the same.

Please keep in mind that the price for the add-on is not prorated, so you will pay the same price regardless of when your current pass expires. If your renewal window opens soon, I suggest you wait until then to add the water park option. I decided to add Memory Maker to my Pixie Dust Pass but waited until renewal to get the most bang for my buck!

When you arrive, you can take care of annual pass upgrades and add-ons at any Guest Relations location. My family has a tradition of heading to Disney Springs first to do any business at the Disney Ticket Center. Then, we browse at World of Disney to ease into the magical vacation bubble, and a treat at Salt & Straw seals the deal!

Cheyenne, feel free to contact the Annual Passholders line with any questions. Thanks again for reaching out, and I hope you can enjoy Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park this week. Make some memories, and use your sunscreen! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
