Hello! I was wondering if I would be able to take one my good friends along with me on the cruise. They are a year younger then me(making them 17). I know that means that they are considered a child? Please let me know how that works! Thank you so much!

    Ahoy Tyler!

Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  How fun to be planning an adventure on the high seas with your good friend.  There is so much magic waiting for you to experience together when you sail with Captain Mickey!

If your friend is under 18 years of age, an Authorization for Minor To Travel Without a Parent or Legal Guardian Form must be completed by their parent or legal guardian to sail without them.  The form must then be presented during check-in at the cruise terminal.

Once you are onboard, don't miss the incredible stage shows and live entertainment, onboard activities and opportunities to mingle with Captain Mickey and all of his pals.  Be sure to also pack your eye patch and favorite hook hand so you are ready for all the swashbuckling fun on the famous Pirate Night!  Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions about all the magic waiting for you when set sail, Tyler.  We love to help steer you in the direction of an epic high seas adventure!

    Bon voyage!  Angie
