About Me

Hello from Minnesota my fellow castaways! I am a business analyst with a technology company by trade, but a Disney enthusiast by heart.  When I take a break from these two joys, I spend my days with family and friends, tap dancing, working on my photography skills, cooking and crafting.  My passion is travel and learning more about our amazing world.  I enjoy planning new adventures for my family to learn about different cultures, historical locations and all the incredible cuisine humanity has to offer!  Of course, my favorite way to experience all of this is onboard Disney Cruise Line.

About My Family

My husband and I have been married since 2005.  I hooked him into Disney life when we spent our honeymoon at Walt Disney World.  We have since been blessed with a charming prince and adventurous princess.  Much of our time is spent either in the gym or on the field, coaching and watching my son play basketball, football and soccer or in the studio watching my daughter dance her heart out.  We took our first Disney Cruise when our youngest was four and after that first pirate night we knew we would be Castaways for life.  We have set a goal to experience each itinerary that Disney Cruise Line has to offer as a family no matter how long it may take us!

About My Disney Experience

I can remember the very first time I fell in love with Disney.  The first movie I ever saw in theatres was The Little Mermaid - from there I was hooked.  I saved money to buy each soundtrack as it came out movie by movie, memorizing the lines and being whisked away into a world of enchantment.  As I grew older (not up!) I began traveling to the parks and found nothing compares to a walk down Main Street U.S.A. and watching my family's faces as the fireworks explode over Cinderella Castle - that is until I saw my first fireworks at sea!

When planning my daughter's first trip to Walt Disney World, our family decided to try a new type of adventure and add a Disney Cruise Line vacation to our plans.  About an hour after boarding the Disney Magic for the first time we knew we had found a new love.  We have made so many amazing memories visiting new locations through the Bahamas and Caribbean and look forward to making more as we expand our adventures to Europe this year.  Since that first cruise we have set sail as a family, extended family with our parents and most recently cruised without our kids - all have been unique vacations!  I have become the "Disney Mom" of our family and friends and have found a special kind of magic helping others plan their magical getaways.
