    Hi, Cattis! Yes, you will need theme park admission for Animal Kingdom to dine at Tusker House Restaurant.  It is located in Harambe village in the Africa area of Disney's Animal Kingdom. Donald's Safari Breakfast is a great character meal served buffet-style.  You can expect Donald and Daisy Duck, Mickey Mouse, and Goofy to greet you and your family.  Thanks for the Moms Panel compliment.  We love to answer Guests' questions.
