We are going on the wonder in April during spring break. Our question is Blue lagoon excusrion worth it? We have two children and 4 adults. Or is it better to stay on the ship and explore that day? Thanks for any help.

    Welcome Aboard, Adrienne!

Your cruise on the Disney Wonder is quickly approaching! I see that your cruise is a 4-Night Bahamas cruise, and it looks like the Blue Lagoon is an excursion in Nassau.

It is very difficult to answer what the value of an excursion is. To some families, a day participating in the Blue Lagoon Island Dolphin Swim is totally worth the cost, while to others a day spent exploring the ship with their family is a day better spent. It is really up to you and your family's budget.

On a personal note, our family usually spends a day in Nassau at the ship's pool, eating ice cream cones and participating in whatever ship activities are appropriate for our family (trivia is my favorite!). We also have swam with dolphins, and if it is your first time, we recommend trying it out.

I hope this helps with planning for your Spring Break cruise on the Disney Wonder. Please let me know if more questions arise at it gets closer to your sail date.

    Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
