Going to WL Villas in 105 days - first DVC stay! Booked studio, and I find conflicting info about washing machines. Not in our room, but on first floor? Are these coin operated? I know we should bring own soap. Other necessities? You Moms (+Dad) rock!

There are washers and dryers in all the one, two, and three-bedroom villas at WDW. Unfortunately there is no in-room laundry equipment in the studio rooms.  However, there are coin-operated laundry rooms at every WDW hotel, including the Wilderness Lodge. The laundry rooms are well-equipped with change machines and vending machines for items such as detergent and fabric softener. They also sell small boxes of laundry supplies in the main gift shop at the Wilderness Lodge.

The Wilderness Lodge Villas are my home DVC resort. I love staying there. I hope you enjoy it too!
