Magic Key holder and hope you've been enjoying your year of magic.
I'm so glad to hear that you are planning to renew your Magic Key pass to unlock another year filled with magic. I'm sorry to hear that you've been running into some challenges when trying to complete your renewal. I'm wondering if the extra day in February for Leap Year this year is perhaps throwing things off. I recommend trying to access the
renewal site again to see if it works now. If that's not doing the trick, you may need to reach out to a helpful Cast Member at the
phone line for Magic Key holders for assistance.
Once you complete your renewal, you will be able to start making theme park reservations for your renewed pass immediately. This was super helpful to be able to lock in some visits that I didn't have access to with my expiring Magic Key pass. If you aren't already, be sure to follow
