It sounds as if you have an
undated theme park ticket, which will require you to
register your ticket in your MyDisney account. You can do this by logging into your account and, following the directions on the website, entering the ticket information. Once you have your tickets registered, you should be able to
check park availability and then make your park reservation. Since your ticket is complimentary, it could be that it does not require a reservation, but without seeing your ticket, I would not be able to tell.
Like you, I checked the park reservation calendar and saw that there is no park availability for either Disneyland Park or Walt Disney Studios Park for the month of November. That seems a little odd to me, so the best advice I can offer is to
contact Disneyland Paris directly and allow a Cast Member to assist you.
Once you have your ticket and reservation secured, be sure to download the
official Disneyland Paris mobile app. The app is the easiest way to book dining reservations, check show times, and navigate the parks. Plus, you can purchase
Disney Premier Access so you can enter the fast lane for the most popular attractions and shows to make the most of your visit.
