    Going on the Wild Africa Trek 8/25 at 12:30. I know it will be HOT!!! Any suggestions for what to wear? What should we expect fro food? Thanks

    Hi Lisa!

    You are going to love the Wild Africa Trek! There is definitely a lot of walking, hiking and exploring in the outdoors, so I highly recommend wearing something comfortable and cool. I suggest that you wear a hat with a wide brim to keep the sun off your face and out of your eyes. I also recommend wearing sturdy hiking shoes. I like to wear sweat wicking clothes as well, such as running skirts, athletic wear and tanks. You may also want to bring a rain poncho in case it rains.

    For food, you can expect a melon salad, yogurt with granola topping and cheese. There is also a meat and bread selection with mini pita breads, fig almond bread, prosciutto and dried beef. It is so yummy!
