How much is WiFi per day on the Wish and is it for each person or the room? Thank you.

    Ahoy there, Patricia!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question to us. We love to help other Guests get connected to their best vacation ever, so I'm happy to share some information about WiFi aboard the Disney Wish.

Disney Cruise Line recently had a major upgrade of its onboard WiFi service, which is great news for Guests who like to access the internet during their cruise. On my recent cruise, I enjoyed the upgraded service and felt it was a great value.

There are three options from which to choose depending on how you intend to use the internet. (Prices and terms are subject to change.)
    • The Stay Connected package lets you keep up with your social media, including posting photos. Currently, this package is $18 per day for one day or $16 per day if purchased for your entire voyage.
    • The Basic Surf package has the additional benefit of checking email, internet access, and voice calls. Currently, this package is $28 per day for one day or $24 per day if purchased for your entire voyage.
    • The Premium Surf package offers all of the above with faster connection speeds, streaming for short videos and music, plus video calling. Please note that you cannot stream from services such as Netflix and Hulu. Currently, this package is $42 per day for one day or $34 per day if purchased for your entire voyage.
Each package is priced per device, not per room. I was able to sign out of one device and sign in to another device using the same plan. I found this a bit tricky to navigate, but it can be done in my experience. Stop by the Guest Services Desk (Deck 4, Midship) if you have any issues.

You can use your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to purchase Internet Packages once you board the ship. Patricia, there is no cost to use the onboard WiFi network when used only for the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or to use iMessage on your iPhone or WhatsApp on mobile devices. To avoid cell phone network charges, be sure to follow the instructions provided in the Navigator app when you board.

Patricia, when you aren't surfing the web, you will want to take a ride on the AquaMouse! Be sure to ride on two different days of your cruise to experience both the Scuba Scramble and the Swiss Meltdown!

I hope this information helps you stay connected on your cruise! Please let us know if you have other questions; we are always happy to help.

    Wishing you many magical moments,
    Shannon
