Hi there, Paul! I see your question is time-sensitive, so I sincerely apologize for not answering you sooner. I realize you may have already taken care of your
Annual Pass renewal, but I'd be happy to help!
There are three ways
Passholders can renew their Walt Disney World Annual Passes: online, at a Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window or the
Disney Springs Ticket Center location, or over the phone by calling (407) 560-7277. It's now effortless to renew through the
My Disney Experience app. After logging in to your account, select "My Tickets" and the pass you wish to renew; your wife could even do this while she is at work! To renew someone else's Annual Pass, you'll need their name, address, and Pass ID, which is found on the bottom of the back of the yellow AP card. Currently, you can save up to 15% when you renew and stay part of the Annual Passholder family, and passes are eligible for renewal 60 days prior and up to 30 days after their expiration date.
Though your wife does not need to be present for her renewal, she will need to be present at the ticket window to receive her physical yellow Annual Pass card. This must be done in person at
Guest Relations or a theme park Ticketing Window at Walt Disney World. This card is necessary for taking advantage of Passholder benefits, such as complimentary theme park parking and
discounts. It can also be used instead of a
MagicBand when entering the theme parks (speaking of... don't forget to utilize the designated turnstiles for Passholders, which often have shorter lines).
Good luck, Paul! Mickey hopes to see ya' real soon!
