This is my wife and my 1st visit with a child (she'll be 16 months) Ignoring the height restricted rides, is it possible to sit her between us on the "two seater" rides, like Spaceship Earth, Haunted Mansion, Living seas? (after all, she's only l

Yes. Obviously omitting the height restricted rides, a toddler could fit between average-sized adults on almost everything. A very abbreviated list of the attractions you could all fit in one vehicle are: Peter Pan's Flight, Dumbo, Aladdin's Magic Carpets, Small World, Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear, Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Spaceship Earth, Living Seas, Great Movie Ride, Kilimanjaro Safari, and on and on.
