Wife and I are taking 5-year-old grandson arriving Oct. 1 around noon and leaving very early Sun. Oct. 4. Non-Disney hotel. He is 40.5" tall so can ride most rides. Should we do Halloween party Oct. 1 and MK another full day?

    Hi William!

Thanks for stopping by with your question. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite special events held at Magic Kingdom Park. You all are sure to have a SPOOK-tacular time! I would definitely suggest dedicating another full day at the Magic Kingdom. Although the Magic Kingdom will close at 7:00 p.m. for all Guests not attending that evening's party, there is still so much to see at the park. Your grandson will enjoy an extra day to take it all in and ride more attractions.

Please let us know if we can assist you with any other questions before your visit to Disney World.

    Have a magical day!
