Welcome Aboard, John!
We are thrilled to have you here with us at planDisney. I understand that you are about to enjoy the fun and excitement of
Halloween on the High Seas and the sophistication of a gourmet dining experience at
Remy on your next
Disney Cruise Line sailing. We love how one vacation can offer us so much, and I am excited for you to soak in all in.
I completely agree with your assessment that it's best to schedule your adult-only dining experience for a time that doesn't conflict with the Broadway-quality entertainment in the Walt Disney Theater. On a recent sailing, I'm not sure I took a full breath during
Disney's Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular! I've never seen anything quite like it.
John, I think you will love the unique way that Disney Cruise Line offers
Rotational Dining where we come to know and love our dedicated team of wait staff in the restaurants. Because of this, I recommend that you join them for dinner on the first night. This is an excellent, "Getting to know you"experience that I wouldn't miss.
After a quick peek at a previous schedule, I would recommend securing a dinner reservation for the 4th or 5th night of your voyage. Then, you will have experienced the main dining restaurants and should not find a Broadway-style show those evenings. I also suggest a rather early dinner. That way, you can make the most of your adult-only evening. You could leave your heart in France and head on down to
Ooh La La for Tattinger's Elite Custom Champagne, for example.
You could also opt for Remy Champagne Brunch for a prix fixe dining opportunity (life is the bubbles!) or the Five-Course Remy Dessert Experience to satisfy your sweet tooth. Then, your evenings would be free for anything that simply can't be missed. Check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App for an updated entertainment schedule.
I hope that is helpful, John! Please come on back with any other questions before you sail away. We are here for you.
Adventure is out there,
Sally
