My Disney Experience app is a game-changer when it comes to planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It allows you to make and modify plans for not only yourself but family and friends, as well! It has many features such as the
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering option for your convenience and you can even unlock your Resort hotel room door with the app!
I went ahead and contacted the Internet Help Desk for you and a wonderful Cast Member informed me it would be best if they could look into your account to ensure the accounts are properly connected. You can give them a call at 407-939-7765 for assistance and they will be happy to take care of the issue for you.
As you plan, keep the days you’d like to visit the Theme Parks in mind. To help manage Guest attendance during the reopening, Disney has introduced the
Disney Park Pass system. You can also check out the
calendar for Disney Park Pass availability; I find it helpful when I'm trying to plan my visits!
