Hiya Daniel!
Welcome to planDisney. It’s such a delight that you stopped by with a question for us today.
It looks like you have something to chEAR about since your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is tomorrow! I hope you’re preparing to feast on all the Mickey-shaped snacks and experience all the
magical attractions!
Daniel, I will be happy to give you a few options to help take care of the duplicate account for you. A Cast Member will need to look into your My Disney Experience account to merge the duplicate profiles. This can be done over the Chat function on your
My Disney Experience Mobile app or through the Chat function on the
website. To do this through the My Disney Experience Mobile app, log into your account and select the three horizontal lines next to the magnifying glass option on the bottom right corner of the screen. This will take you to a page where the last option will read “Chat with us.” You can get in contact with a Cast Member here and once you have given them your permission to look into the account, they will be able to assist you. You can also call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you there, as well!
Because you’re coming so soon, if you have a
Disney Park Pass reservation along with a
Theme Park ticket, you can go to any of the
Guest Relations inside any of the Theme Parks to speak to a Cast Member who can help take care of this issue for you. There is also a Guest Relations located at
Disney Springs, and you do not need a Theme Park ticket or a Disney Park Pass reservation to visit this location.
Once this is taken care of, you’ll be able to say “Hakuna Matata” (it means no worries!) and enjoy the rest of your magical vacation!
Have an enchanting time, Daniel.
Aena
