Hi moms. My wife and I are in our 60's and love Disney {more me}. We have dinner ADR at 1900 Park Fare. My son says it will be full of children for the characters. The food looks great, but will there be to many families for us? Will it be loud? Thanks .

Hi Raymond! Just like you, I love Disney even more than my husband, but it's nice to have a spouse who will go along with our obsessions, isn't it?

Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner at 1900 Park Fare is popular with families with princess-loving little girls, so there will be quite a few children there. Character meals and buffets are generally not too quiet, and this one's no exception. The food there is quite good -- I love the refreshing strawberry soup! The characters are entertaining and quite willing to chat as much with a table of adults as they do with children, so if you and your wife would enjoy that, you would have a good time at 1900 Park Fare. It also can be fun to see all of the little girls decked out in their princess gowns to meet Cinderella.

If, however, you want a quieter meal with less children, you may wish to try one of the Signature restaurants instead. At the Grand Floridian, both Citricos and Narcoossee's have great upscale food and a more romantic atmosphere than 1900 Park Fare. Children will still be present, but in less numbers, and the restaurants are quieter. Narcoossee's has a nice deck for viewing the fireworks too.

Wishing you a magical vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
