    My wife has linked our tickets on my Disney and we’ve checked into the park. How can I transfer my ticket to my own Disney experience?

    Hi Kyle!

    Welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you’re enjoying your vacation right now! Let’s get straight to the answer. 

    In order to see your ticket on your own My Disney Experience app, make sure you and your wife are connected via the Family & Friends List. To do this, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner of your app, scroll down to click Profile, then click Family & Friends List at the top of the page. 

    If you aren’t connected, click (+) Add a Guest and follow the prompts.  If you are already connected, make sure you’re sharing all of your plans with each other. Just click on the person’s name, then click “All My Plans.” 

    As long as you two are linked and the park ticket is assigned to you, you should see your ticket in the My Disney Experience app by clicking the 3 lines in the bottom right corner and then clicking My Tickets & Passes. 

    Since you’re at the park, if that doesn’t work, I recommend visiting Guest Relations. If you see a blue umbrella nearby, those Cast Members will be happy to help you. Or you can visit the Guest Relations Lobby, which is usually located near the entrances to the theme parks.
