    Hi Jason!

Congrats on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! May will be here before you know it! I'm going to be staying at The Caribbean Beach in February and I'm hoping a pirate room becomes available because right now they are all booked for that week!

Personally, I think they are worth the extra money because my son is really into pirates, Captain Jack Sparrow and the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Seeing the look on his face when he sees the bed shaped like a boat, skull curtain, pirate's booty comforter and plank carpeting, is priceless. But, if you son is more into Star Wars than pirates, than it may not be worth the extra cost.

Since your son is a huge Star Wars fan, I suggest visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios upon park opening and sign him up for the Star Wars: Jedi Training Academy. He can actually learn jedi moves from a master. That is an experience that neither of you will ever forget! He can definitely bring his Star Wars stuff. The mousekeeper at your  resort may even display his Star Wars characters for him in the window of your room when you return from a day at the parks, making even coming home magical!

    Magically,
    Stacy
