Hi there, Mike! We appreciate you being a first-time visitor here at planDisney. Hopefully, it won't be your last!
First of all, thank you for being a
Magic Key holder. Guests like you are what make the magic happen at Disneyland Resort! Whenever the
Disneyland PhotoPass Photographers take pictures, they can scan the QR photo code in the
Disneyland Mobile app on your phone, and this is the easiest way to access your images. I am curious if perhaps your wife's Magic Key pass isn't being scanned. If you are the primary owner of the PhotoPass-eligible Magic Key and both passes are linked to you, the photos will appear in your account without the watermark, which may explain why her photos show the watermark. You can check the Memberships and Passes page to clarify which Passes are linked with which account at https://disneyland.disney.go.com/profile/affiliations/edit/. Alternatively, your wife can use a PhotoPass card instead of her app when using PhotoPass Service.
It's also possible that there's another issue affecting her account, and in that case, I encourage you to reach out to Disneyland PhotoPass at (714) 520-7106. Also, the next time you're there, you can use your Disneyland Mobile app to find all the
locations of the PhotoPass Photographers.
I hope this helps, Mike, and that your next trip to Disneyland Resort is picture-perfect!
