Hi there, Robert!
I think anyone who goes to
Walt Disney World recaptures a bit of childlike wonder about things. It's always fun to go with just my husband and enjoy both the adult things to do, plus the things we have loved since we were children.
There will be plenty to see and do at
Epcot. The
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival offers seminars, demonstrations, and special events - along with the
Eat to the Beat Concert Series for some great entertainment. Depending on how long you plan on staying, you could definitely do multiple days enjoying the festival.
Having said that, if you had planned a day at the
Magic Kingdom anyway, or if you think you can squeeze it in, it is so much fun to do
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. You can go all out on a full costume, or wear your scariest Halloween t-shirt to enjoy the festivities. The trick-or-treating is awesome for any age, but the highlight when I go with my husband is the shorter lines for some of our favorite attractions. I love to beat him on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. The parade is awesome, the fireworks are some of the best, and the Halloween fun is just fantastic. If you can get there, I highly recommend doing it.
Enjoy a wonderful visit!
Anna
