My wife and I don't have any children yet, so we where wondering where the best place for us to go for breakfast would be.

Hi, Joe!  I love getting questions from the Jersey guys!

If you are looking for a resort breakfast, there are several locations that I really enjoy.  The Polynesian resort has a restaurant called the Kona Cafe, and you will find one of my favorite breakfasts anywhere there.  Most people would say it's the Tonga Toast, which I'll admit is delicious; but they serve Pineapple Macadamia nut pancakes which have me drooling on the keyboard as I type.  The Polynesian is one of my favorite resorts, so it's a nice place to visit even if you aren't enjoying breakfast.

If you have an adventurous palate, you might want to try the delicious breakfast buffet at Boma in the Animal Kingdom Lodge.  The breakfast here includes Frunch, which is a delicious fruit drink made from pineapple, guava, and orange juices, among others.  You will find some very traditional breakfast favorites here, as well as quinoa porridge and bobotie, which is a delectable dish with corned beef, eggs, cream, potatoes and onions.

If you'll be headed into the theme parks and looking for a quick breakfast, Starring Rolls at Disney's Hollywood Studios offers up some fast breakfast staples, such as pastries and bagels with cream cheese.  Tamu Tamu Refreshments at Disney's Animal Kingdom also has quick breakfast bites.

Don't be afraid to try a character meal just because you won't have children in tow.  My husband and I have done the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom for breakfast, as well as Chef Mickey's.  Both are fun character buffets, and it's a great opportunity to meet some of your character favorites without having to wait in line at the theme parks!

    Enjoy your upcoming vacation!
