My wife and I both have Disney apps, but we can’t see each other’s tickets. The kid’s tickets don’t pop up on her app and the not so scary Halloween tickets don’t pop up on mine. How do we fix this.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ernie!

I’m so sorry you seem to be experiencing a glitch with your My Disney Experience account. First of all, are you and your wife connected to each other via your Family & Friends list? That should allow you to see each other’s tickets and passes in the “My Profile” section of the website or My Disney Experience mobile app. I just tested it with my husband’s account, and he is able to see my and my daughter’s Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes when he is logged in.

As for your children’s tickets, if you are the one who manages their accounts, as long as your wife is connected on that Family & Friends list, the children’s information should show up for both of you.

If you are both connected to each other via your Family & Friends list and you’re still experiencing these problems, I would recommend reaching out to a Cast Member at the My Disney Experience helpline. I’m sure they’ll be able to get things sorted out for you in a jiffy. Just make sure you know the email addresses associated with both of your My Disney Experience accounts when you call.

Best of luck, Ernie! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
