Hi there, Austin! Welcome to planDisney!
Your trip sounds like it’s going to be the most amazing adventure! There is certainly nothing like a first-timers trip to
The Most Magical Place on Earth, and how lucky are you to be the one that gets to share it with them! My family and I recently took a trip with five children in a range of ages like yours and we came away with so many magical memories.
When planning a budget-friendly trip for a bunch of kids - I’m your gal! Just remember that you don’t have to splurge to have an incredible time, and there are so many pixie-dusted opportunities (like buttons and stickers for the kids!) that don’t cost anything at all!
To begin planning your vacation that is coming up so quickly, I highly recommend heading to the Walt Disney World Resort website and visiting the
Disney Resorts Collection page. Here, you and your family will be able to decide which Resort catches your eye and fits your budget. Since there are nine members in your party, you could look into getting two adjoining rooms at
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - Riverside or
Disney Caribbean Beach Resort. These rooms are more budget-friendly than a Deluxe Villa and because each room can sleep five Guests, you’ll have enough room for everyone by booking two.
Another option would be looking into a 2-Bedroom Villa at some of Disney’s Deluxe Resorts. Many, such as those at
Disney’s Riviera Resort and the
Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, comfortably sleep nine adults and include full kitchens and extra bathrooms! Eating breakfast here, or packing lunches for the Parks is a great way to save some money for extra souvenirs at the end of your trip!
When booking your
Theme Park tickets, standard tickets, which allow you to visit one Park per day, are probably your best bet for your little crew! With so many little ones, you probably don’t want to switch from Park to Park in the middle of the day, and being their first visit, they’ll have so much to see and do everywhere they go! With five days to play, you’ll be able to head to each Theme Park at least once, and then finish out your trip with whichever was their favorite! I’m going to bet you spend a second day at
Magic Kingdom Park, riding
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train again, eating another DOLE Whip and saying “See you real soon” to Mickey Mouse after ending the night with the new fireworks show,
Disney Enchantment.
When you book your Resort reservation and Theme Park tickets together online, you should also check out the
Special Offers page. Here, you can find discounts that might apply to you for your travel dates! If you need help, feel free to call (407)939-1936 and speak to a friendly Cast Member!
Enjoy what is sure to be a very magical vacation!
