Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Keith. I'm so glad you stopped by! Your wife and daughter are in for a real (trick or) treat at
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tomorrow. Let's get them all set to go!
It sounds like you're managing your daughter's account on My Disney Experience and while your wife is
connected to your daughter through Family & Friends, she can't
manage your daughter's plans. Not to fret! There are a few solutions. If your daughter has a
MagicBand linked to her account, her ticket for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party can be accessed with a tap of her MagicBand at the turnstiles. Your wife can also stop by a ticket window or Guest Relations window at Magic Kingdom Park with the ticket purchase confirmation email (be sure to forward that to her), and your daughter can be issued a tangible ticket card for entry. And lastly, if you and your wife both have an iPhone, you can
create a Disney MagicMobile pass for your daughter on the My Disney Experience mobile app and share it with your wife. It will be sent as a text and then she can add the pass for your daughter to her digital wallet. I sent my husband a Disney MagicMobile pass for my son once before, and he had no trouble adding it to his iPhone wallet and entering the parks with him!
Did you know that Guests with tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party can enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM on the date of the event? That gives your wife and daughter 3 bonus hours in the park!
I hope this was helpful, Keith. I'm wishing your wife and daughter a fab-boo-lous visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Ashley
