My wife is bringing her Lacrosse team in April, and we are having trouble making dining reservations. They are staying at the Caribbean beach resort. Apparently there is no longer a large group reservation phoneline. HELP!!

    Hi Daniel!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm sorry to hear you are having some difficulties, but I'm here to help! How fun for your wife to travel with her entire team! It sounds to me like they are going to have a great time.

First I'd recommend trying to book online. If you visit the Disney World Dining page you can search for reservations for parties up to 50 guests. Though many of the restaurants can accommodate large parties, the amount of reservations is limited so if you are having difficulty finding an available time I'd look into booking during off hours. So instead of looking for a 6 PM dinner reservation, look at 4:30 PM or 8:30 PM to give yourself a better chance of finding something that works.

You can also trying splitting into two or three smaller parties. Unfortunately, you cannot book multiple reservations at the same time online, so this would require you to call the dining line. You can either call the Disney dining line at 407-WDW-DINE or the reservation line for parties of 10 or more is 407-939-1942. If they split into multiple groups, when your wife checks in at the restaurant she may request to the Cast Member that they'd like to be seated as close as possible. They will try their best to accommodate your needs, but depending on the timing and how busy they are, it may not be possible.

I hope your wife has a wonderful trip and please let us know if we can be any more help!
