My wife and I have booked our first cruise for our anniversary. We plan on spending a couple days at Disney before and after the cruise. We plan on using Disney transportation to and from the ship. My question is what time do the busses pickup from resorts

    Ahoy there!
Celebrating your anniversary onboard Disney Cruise Line is a wonderful idea and spending a few days at the Walt Disney World Resort before and after your cruise is even better!  It will definitely be a memorable celebration for the two of you!
You have an excellent question about resort pick-up when using Disney Cruise Line's ground transportation. On the day before your cruise departure, you will receive a letter or voicemail in your resort room with detailed directions for the following day including your exact pick-up time.  Pick-up times do vary from sailing to sailing depending on where Guests choose to stay pre-cruise so routes are not finalized until a few days before.  Generally, Guests utilizing Disney Cruise Line transportation can expect their luggage to be picked up around 8:00am and the Disney Cruise Line motor coach to arrive between 10:00am and noon.  The drive over to the port is around an hour or so depending on traffic, and check-in at the cruise terminal does not begin until 11:00am.
I hope my answer helps with your plans!  If I can assist you again, please let me know!
    Have a magical day!
