    My wife and I became passholders after we received our magic bands and did not get the passholder sliders when we arrived. Is it possible to still get them?

    Hi Terry, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    You mention you and your wife became Annual Passholders after receiving MagicBands, so I am guessing the MagicBands you received were complimentary with your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay.  Once you have activated your Annual Pass and used it to enter a Theme Park, you will then be able to customize your Annual Passholder MagicBand in your My Disney Experience account for delivery to your home address.  If you have already used your Annual Passes, I suspect there is a MagicBand order in your account waiting to be customized!  Once you log into your account, select "MagicBands and Cards".  You should be able to order your customized MagicBand there.  Terry, I just received word that the Annual Passholder slider accessory for MagicBands is currently out of stock, so you might want to wait a bit before placing your order.  The sliders should be in stock by the end of this month (March 2019).  If you receive your Annual Passholder MagicBand without the slider, it will be sent to you at a later date.

    In the meantime, any and all MagicBands you have linked to your profile may be used interchangeably.  Simply continue using the MagicBands you received with your Resort Hotel stay to access your Annual Pass admission until your new MagicBand arrives.
