    My wife and I want to get annual passes but the only one available at the moment is the pixie dust. If I purchase this can I upgrade to the pirate pass?

    An annual pass for Walt Disney World Resort is a great way to enjoy an entire year of magic! The sale of new annual passes has been paused temporarily, but you are correct that Florida Residents can still purchase the Disney Pixie Dust Pass. I am pleased to inform you that you can purchase the Disney Pixie Dust Pass now and upgrade to the Disney Pirate Pass once those annual passes once again become available for purchase.
