My wife and I want to take our 3 adult children and their significant others to WDW in January 2022. We're thinking 4 rooms at a value resort. Any suggestions or ways to save on a stay and other savings?

Hi Kevin! A family visit to the Walt Disney World Resort to start off the new year, sounds fantastic to me! Thanks for stopping in with your question here at planDisney.

Staying at a hotel within the Disney Resorts Collection is always a great way to stay close to the theme parks and enjoy being immersed in the magic. When I book my family’s vacations, I always check for Special Offers. If you have a hotel in mind right now, you can go ahead and book it. If you find that a Special Offer is released, that coincides with the dates of your stay, you can always modify your reservation to add it later.

Kevin, start looking for those promotions about three months before your scheduled visit. You can also visit the Disney Parks Blog to keep up with the happenings at the Walt Disney World Resort. The blog always mentions new activities, experiences and promotions. It’s a great planning resource!

I hope this information is helpful to you. Don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. Helping you with all the details of your next magical vacation with your family is our pleasure!
