Hi Frank! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty linking your ticket. If you've downloaded the
Disneyland mobile app and signed into your MyDisney account, you should be able to link your ticket by scanning or manually entering the ID number on the ticket. I can walk you through that!
Tap the three-bar menu on the bottom right side of the screen to bring up a series of tiles. Tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. On the next screen, tap "Link Tickets & Passes." On the next page, you'll have several options to link, including tapping the "Open Camera" button, which will allow you to scan the barcode on the ticket with your mobile device. If this option isn't working for you, select "Type ID" instead. There's a box where you can manually type the ticket ID number on the ticket. After you've typed the number, tap "Link Media."
Alternatively, you can link your ticket on a desktop computer by manually entering the ticket ID number. Navigate to the Disneyland Resort homepage, hover over "My Disneyland", and select "Link Tickets and Passes" from the dropdown menu. You can link multiple tickets from the next screen. After entering a ticket ID number, click "Add Another ID Number" until all your tickets are entered, and then click "Continue" at the bottom to continue with linking.
If none of these options appear to be working, please call a friendly Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line. They're happy to assist in any way they can. I've called them more than a couple of times, and they've always saved the day. Hopefully, they can smooth out whatever wrinkle you're experiencing too.
If you enjoy heroes, swing on over to Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure Park, where you never know which Characters you'll happen across. My kids loved meeting Spider-Man and Iron Man made my day on our last visit!
Have a magical day.
Elizabeth
