Hiya, Lyndsey! Welcome to planDisney!
Can you believe that your trip to
Walt Disney World Resort is less than a week away?! I have to imagine you're feeling a bit like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight! There is so much magic waiting for you around every corner with
The World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing. But before we can get you standing in front of
Cinderella Castle, let's see if we can turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage!
First, we can check and see if your tickets are already linked to your
My Disney Experience account! Once you log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click
My Plans. Scroll down a bit and click on "Tickets & Memory Maker." Take a look and see if all of your Theme Park Tickets are showing up and assigned to the correct Guests. If they are, that's great! They're linked to your account and you can make your Theme Park Reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system!
If you don't see your tickets listed here, you can link your tickets through the
Link Reservations and Purchases page. All you'll need to do is enter the ID number for your tickets and assign each to a Guest. Once this is done, you can go ahead and use the
Disney Park Pass system to make your Theme Park Resrevations!
Lyndsey, if you've tried the above options and they still didn't work, the next best step would be to reach out to a Cast Member. Be sure to have all reservation and confirmation numbers handy! There are a few ways to contact a Cast Member. If you want to reach out through the Chat feature, log into your
My Disney Experience app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap "Chat With Us" and leave a message with a Cast Member, who will get back to you as soon as they're able! Pro tip: make sure you add as much information as you can to your message, including any reservation and confirmation numbers. You can also
call a Cast Member who will be happy to help you link your tickets! If you do decide to call, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their help can be in high demand.
Before you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth, take some time to explore the
My Disney Experience app! A little like holding a magic wand in your hand, you'll be able to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. You'll be able to check wait times for rides, view park maps, and you can even
mobile order food. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!
If you have any other questions, or if I have misunderstood your question, please visit us again. After all: you've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
