Why does the website start up in Spanish?

Welcome to planDisney, Ben! It seems to me you are doing a bit of research for your next magical vacation at the Disneyland Resort. I’m happy to help!

On the top of the official Disneyland Resort website there is a search bar. Next to the search bar in blue, you have the option to choose the language you would like to use to browse the site. When you click on the blue words that may say “Estados Unidos (Español)” on your screen right now, you can make a selection. Your options are United States (English), Canada (English) for specific information regarding theme park tickets and stays for Canadian guests, Australia (English) and Japanese.

Ben, you can go ahead and choose the site that best suits your needs depending on the language you speak and where you live.

I hope this helps to clear up any confusion you may have experienced when logging on to start planning your Disneyland Resort vacation. If you need any advice, don’t hesitate to come back to see us!
