We're so glad you stopped by planDisney ahead of your visit this week. I'm happy to walk you through the process of
Lightning Lane Pass modifications so you're ready for a magical day. Let's hop to it!
Guests can modify their Lightning Lane plans, subject to availability, after purchase. To do so, open the My Disney Experience app and click the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right of your screen. Select the tile for "Lightning Lane Passes to view your current selections and
follow the prompts to adjust your party, park, or arrival window, one day at a time. Keep in mind that alternative options may be limited this close to your arrival. I'd also like to mention that switching to a more expensive park for your date of visit will incur an additional charge during the modification process. However, refunds are not issued when changing plans to a less expensive park.
If you are still having trouble making adjustments to your plans, I recommend
reaching out to the "App and MagicBand Support" Team by phone. They should be able to help with any technical glitches ahead of your arrival. You can also visit with the Guest Experience Team located under blue umbrellas in the parks for same day support.
