You can reach out to a Cast Member in a few ways. First, you can reach out through the Chat feature on your
My Disney Experience app. Log into your app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap "Chat With Us" and leave a message for a Cast Member, who will respond as soon as they are able! Make sure you add any confirmation numbers, names, and the email address associated with your account so they can locate your information quickly.
You could also contact a Cast Member by calling 407-560-CHAT (2428). They will be more than happy to correct any issues with your son's account! Cast Members are a little like fairy godparents who will try to stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach. If you do decide to call a cast member, I'd recommend calling right when the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic can be in high demand.
